My trip this summer will be...........

This summer I will be having a 6-day trip, July 18th to July 24th.
I will be there on my birthday.
I will try to write in my diary every day and copy it to my blog when I get home.

I don't know the order but I'll be going to Las Vegas,Hollywood,Los Angeles,and California(on July 20th which is my birthday). I think there is one more but I can't remember it.
I hope I will have fun.




And guess what else? Harry Potter the 6th movie is coming out on July 15th....!!!!!!!!!!!

Drama Queen on the go......

I forgot to tell you,but on Monday, July 6, 2009, something really really really really really really really really really exciting happened.(fur me anyway) Well I never told you but my school has a program for gifted and talented students called PACE. They have a summer camp from 7 to 12 in the morning called SIGS(Summer Institution for Gifted Students). I am in PACE and currently going to SIGS. Well I take the classes Science, Math, and DRAMA. In drama we had a play called to bee or not to bee.
We had auditions for the parts. Okay, here goes...

1. Wanda is the main bee who wants to be a Honey Bee but her aunt says she got a B-minus on her test. So she tries out for Spelling Bee, Quilting bee,or Drones.At the end a tree tells her she is already a honey bee.(i tried out for her)
2. Johnny Bee is a rock star helping Wanda
3. Queen Bee(Aunt Bee) is the queen and Wanda's aunt.
4. Webster is the Manager of Spelling Bees.It is supposed to be a HE, but the person is a girl.
5. Spelling Bees are (look above) basically spellers.They spell every last word a person says.Get it,huh,spelling bees?
   
6. Sonya is one manager of the Quilting Bees with her Sister Sophie.Sonya has a Texas accent
7. Sophie is the sister of Sonya and has a strong deep accent. She sings a duet with Sonya.They are both managers of Quilting bees.
   
8. Quilting bees are (look above)basically quilters.On stage they hold a quilt.
   
9. Hector is the nector inspector.
10. Roscoe is a rooster.His only lines are "Cock-a-doodle-doo" twice.

Oh yeah,flowers have lines too!They are important too.Okay so continue:

11. Granny Smith(more important than Roscoe or Hector) is a wise tree who helps Wanda by telling her she already is a honey bee. She is an apple tree.

12. Flowers are:Bluebell,Daisy,Sunny Sunflower,Rose.....there are others with no lines or names.They are more important than Roscoe or Hector.

SO,now we're done.

The exciting news is that I got Wanda out of like, 60 people! And I dont do anything with drama at my school!.One girl in my school who does a drama program at school and made it to GLOBALS got Bluebell! I did a great job i think! Ask my dad on leavesdelife.blogspot.com

July 4th

On Saturday,July 4th,me and my dads friends family went to the Dallas world aquarium. It was awesome! I can't remember everything......
But I thought aquariums were for fish,right? I think you would too.But there were awesome birds and monkeys and sloths and we would have been able to see a jaguar but it was closed for cleaning or something. But right behind it we saw a Mayan dance
It was so cool! Mayans are a Native American tribe....they used strange instruments
......One guy put his foot in fire....the other put a bended leg right above the fire...
IT WAS SO AWESOME!

Then we went to a Sudeshi, which is a restaurant. The food was yummy.
Then we went to my dads friends familys house. We played for about 3 or 4 hours...then we went to the pool at their apartment. We were about to go for fireworks but we sort of missed it. On the way back home we saw them,though...
Oh,I forgot to tell you...July 4th is our exact 2 year anniversary in the U.S...yup,we reached here on July 4th,2007 at 3:30 in the evening!

Purer than honey luck

On Tuesday,June 23rd, we had pure luck. You know those cereals that say there MIGHT be a cash card in this box? There NEVER is! Well we bought two boxes that said that. I was opening it and there was a conversation. It goes:

• ME:There might be one!
• IAN:There is no chance!
• ME: Yes!
• IAN:No!
• ME:Yes!
• ME:(I open it and there is one!)
  

• IAN:Told you!

Well then there is another box and thus another conversation.

• IAN:NOOOO CHANCE!!!
• ME:Yes!
• (and so on(yes,no,yes,no,yes,no))
• IAN:(opens box and there is one!!!!)

Is that pure luck or what!

SCARY!

You will never guess(or believe) what happened today. We were at Arrowhead Park(its a park close by) and a boy walked over to a big dog,and the dog jumped up and bit him! SOOOOO BADDDD!!!!! A chunk of his skin came out . it was bitten till the bone.The dogs owner was a man and a girl.(we later found out the man was her uncle) The girl was holding the leash and it slipped from her hand. THe man first scolded her then kicked and hit the dog.The dog was actually calm! Well they quickly found a cell phone from someone and they called 911 and the fire truck and ambulance all came. They even brought out a stretcher(they didn't need it ) !!!!!!!!!The girl was only about 5 and she was so scared and crying. My mom told me to take care of her. We (me and my brother) played a few games with her. Then she went to the bathroom in a house across the street. Her parents arrived later. Meanwhile,the boys friends around him wee making jokes! He was in like um...... 9th grade or high school,something like that. His brother is in 1st grade at my school. My brother knows him. He wasn't even scared!If it was my brother i would have fainted or something!

June Blues: Have YOU got them?

I left school on June 5th 2009. We had to leave Mrs.T!I got tears in my eyes.All my friends and a boy were sobbing. They were literally bawling! All the fifth graders were crying so hard (even the boys!)because they had to leave my school. June isn't a bad month,I know,I know,blah blah June is the first month of 

SUMMER!

But  sometimes someone gets the June Blues,and this rare disease(only comes once a year) is very contagious. So it spreads around and..... Walla! You may have it too! 

My dad's birthday is on June 19th,so I like June a lot. But I wish the June Blues would come in another month that there was still school so maybe if it spread around, school would be closed!Maybe September or something.
